WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE

If you’re reading this then there isn’t long left until the big day! How exciting!

I ask all my couples to fill out this short questionnaire to give me all the answers I need. It won’t take long, I promise. If you could try and get it back to me with a week to spare that would be amazing, just in case I need to make any arrangements.

Here’s a few things to think about for the morning of the wedding:

Get any items you’d like me to photograph out, e.g, shoes, jewellery, flowers, etc.
Try and keep the room as clear of clutter as possible.
And finally, remember to have something to eat! It’s a long day and you’ll appreciate it later.

If there are any special circumstances in your family that I should be aware of? (Such as step-parents, divorce, deceased parents, or any family members who do not get along please indicate these below).

How many guests are you expecting?

Please list the names and roles of your Bridal party and Groomsmen.

This one is particularly important! Please list the timings of your day below. Important must-haves: bridal/groom prep arrival, ceremony start time, confetti toss, cake cutting, special surprises or plans (fireworks, performances etc.), wedding breakfast (are you having an entrance?), speeches, first dance.

Please confirm the preparation, ceremony, and reception locations and addresses. Is there parking available at each of them? How are you travelling between them?

Are there any restrictions during the ceremony? (Vicars/Priests sometimes have strict rules about what is and isn't allowed during the ceremony. Have you been told anything?)

Am I working alongside a videographer? If so, please provide their name and website.

Please list your other vendors and their instragrams or websites. (Florist, entertainers, caterers, dress designer etc.)

Please list all the group photos you would like, keeping it to a maximum of 10. If you could list the name of the people in the photo, along with their relation to you, that would be most helpful.

Who will be assisting with group photos? It's often extremely helpful to nominate a family member or friend to assist in corralling family members to the location for group photos.

Depending on locations, I can usually only do both bride & groom getting ready photos if they are at the same location OR if you've hired a second shooter. Do you want both bridal and groom getting ready photos?
